Orders & Products
Order Placement
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product descriptions.
Product Customization
For custom uniform orders, production will begin only after final approval of designs, samples, and order confirmation. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Minimum Order Quantities
Bulk orders may be subject to minimum quantity requirements. Specific MOQs will be communicated during the quotation process based on product specifications.
Payment Terms
Pricing
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in the official quotation.
Payment Schedule
Standard payment terms require 50% advance payment for order confirmation, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. For large orders, customized payment schedules may be arranged.
Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other approved payment methods. All payment processing fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of order confirmation and advance payment receipt. Production time varies based on order complexity and quantity.
Shipping Responsibility
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
Delivery Location
We deliver across India. For international shipments, additional terms and documentation requirements apply. Please contact us for international shipping inquiries.
Returns & Refunds
Quality Issues
In case of manufacturing defects or quality issues, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide replacement or refund at our discretion.
Custom Orders
Custom-made products and bulk orders cannot be returned unless there are manufacturing defects. Approval of pre-production samples constitutes acceptance of quality standards.
Return Process
Approved returns must be shipped back in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned items.
Limitation of Liability
Product Use
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our products beyond their intended purpose. Customers are responsible for ensuring products meet their specific requirements.
Indirect Damages
In no event shall TL Manufacturing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the liability.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of TL Manufacturing or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
